  • Conduct research on the following healthcare services ; doctors surgery, dental practice, pharmacy and opticians or an audiology department
  • Include the following in the research ; Staff that may work there, duties of each of the staff, when and how this service should be used
  • Create a personal record of information for each of the following ; local doctors surgery, local dental practice, local pharmacy and local opticians or an audiology department
  • Include the following ; name of practice, name of doctor, address, telephone number, email address, opening hours, any other useful information E.g registered in practice? communication for deaf patients/customers etc
