The learner can:

• Research using books or the internet to find creative kitchen ideas for very small spaces

• Create an annotated drawing, collage, or mood board showing examples of recycled materials, furniture, storage and tools that Borrowers could use

• Choose one design from their mood board to develop further

• Produce a clearly labelled sketch of the kitchen layout with reasons for materials and item choices

• Construct a 3D miniature model of the kitchen using recycled or found materials (to scale or actual size)
