- identify an unclean work surface (from a choice of clean and unclean surfaces)
- find named equipment to be used for cleaning the work surface
- follow a verbal or gestural prompt to wipe work surfaces clean
- dispose of rubbish in the bin
- follow a verbal prompt to fill the sink or a bowl with hot water and cleaning liquid
- identify dirty pots (from a choice of clean and dirty pots)
- follow a verbal or gestural prompt to wash dirty equipment/pots
- follow a verbal or gestural prompt to set aside equipment cleaned on a work top
