. Be able to find some of the kitchen utensils needed to make bread using a packet mix and a bread maker.

. Be able to contribute to preparing the ingredients to make the bread and select additional flavourings to add to the mix.

(What the learner need to demonstrate in order to meet the learning outcome)
The learner can:
- Find at least two items needed to make the bread with support
- Follow oral instructions to help to prepare the ingredients, i.e. open the packet mix, pour water into a measuring jug with support,
- Select at least one additional flavouring such as mixed herbs, cinnamon etc
