The learner can:
- Take an order for three different drinks including one hot drink.
- Show that the order for drinks has been understood by checking with the customer.
- Select a suitable container for each drink.
- Follow instructions to make each drink safely.
- Take the correct 3 drinks to the correct customer.
- Place each drink safely in front of the customer.
- Indicate that the customers' order has been met.
- Ask if the customer requires anything else.
