  • Identify five local restaurants
  • Relate information about each of the identified restaurants:
    • location
    • menu
    • distance
    • travel time from own centre
  • State how each menu caters for people with special dietary requirements and why this is important 
  • Present information on each restaurant to a group
  • Give one reason why each restaurant may be suitable
  • Give one reason why each restaurant may not be suitable
  • Recommend which of the restaurants to visit
