The learner can:

  • Research the three main massage strokes used for hand and arm massage and identify the difference between the three:
    • Effleurage
    • Petrissage
    • Friction
  • Use a creative presentation to show the difference between each stroke
  • Watch either a live hand massage or an example on Youtube and make a plan of what was done at each stage eg written plan, story board
