The learner can:

  • Log on to a computer using a password
  • Use the PowerPoint icon to open a presentation independently on at least five occasions
  • Give a PowerPoint presentation an appropriate file name
  • Save a PowerPoint  presentation in an appropriate location on a computer
  • Choose a topic for their presentation and explain why they have chosen it
  • Create an appropriate title slide
  • Add suitable text
  • Change the colour, size and font style of the text
  • Add suitable pictures
  • Use a range of animations for the text and images to make the slide dynamic
