The learner can:

  • Identify at least three healthy food items that can be included in a packed lunch eg fruit, carrot sticks, salad items 
  • State which items they will include in their packed lunch, at least two items must be healthy
  • Identify what equipment is required to make the packed lunch eg chopping board, knives, tin opener, spoons
  • State how to securely store and transport two different pack lunch items eg sandwiches may be wrapped up, fruit kept in small sealed pots
