The learner can:
- Identify and label a camera diagram using a word bank
- Match and label a range of recording media used in film or digital cameras, identifying how and where they are used, with appropriate support
- Match key 'visual language' vocabulary to their meanings eg 'leading lines - something that leads your eye to the focus of the photo' with appropriate support
- Make simple comparisons using visual language eg identifying the effects of a zoom lens, with appropriate support
- State and follow procedures for using a digital camera safely, with appropriate support
- Select and use appropriate lenses, tripods and camera positions for a range of subjects, with appropriate support
- Sort standard, close up and zoom lens images, with appropriate support
- Match camera positions to images, with appropriate support
