- Identify the equipment needed to measure the ingredients eg jug, spoons, scales
- Measure out ingredients accurately
- Select the correct equipment from the kitchen to make cupcakes
- Prepare the equipment as required eg place paper cases in baking trays, grease and line baking trays etc
- Follow the recipe using the correct techniques to make cupcakes
