- Demonstrate that they know what to avoid touching when using an oven
- Demonstrate that they know what PPE to wear when using an oven, i.e. oven gloves
- Prepare food to go into an oven, e.g. pasta bake, pizza, etc
- Turn on an oven to the correct setting and correct temperature
- Place food into the oven safely using oven gloves
- Set a timer correctly to know when the food will be ready
- Remove food from the oven safely when it is ready
