- Recognise and use a range of appropriate hardware eg mobile phone, tablet computer, interactive television, keyboard, mouse, touch screen, remote control
- Use at least two search engines to find different pieces of information related to work
- Edit, save, retrieve, and review a piece of work
- Send and retrieve two files to the printer
- Photocopy two documents used for different purposes
- Use and explain purpose for text messaging, voicemail and on-screen information in the workplace
- Identify and correct errors in two different types of message
- Produce a piece of work with at least two images and text
- Receive and open electronic messages
- Locate important information from on-screen texts eg emails, webpages
- Use at least two different means to record information
