- List the ingredients needed and source the items required to prepare their chosen hot snack
- Follow basic safety rules to ensure that food preparation is safe and outline the impact of not keeping the kitchen clean when cooking
- Describe the risks involved when preparing and handling hot food
- Make the hot snack
- Wash up, clear away and tidy the work area
- Choose two different hot drinks they would like to prepare, make and serve
- Describe what is needed to make the hot drinks
- Describe the risks involved in handling hot drinks
