  • Complete removal of soiled bedding and materials
  • Use appropriate tools and materials to clean housing areas
  • Replace bedding and ensure housing is set up correctly for chicken comfort and safety
  • Identify at least two signs of poor housing conditions (e.g. ammonia smell, damp, infestation, broken roosting bars)
  • Describe actions to take in response to each issue, including when to report and when to fix
